— HSBC - To participate in this study, you will call your bank, reading a script about how you may be interested in closing your account(s). You will NOT actually close your accounts. The research firm just wants to learn how the bank handles the situation, possible retainage bonuses, etc.
- They will ask that you tape record the conversation (you can download free apps to do this) and send the copy to them along with a quick summary of how you thought the rep performed, etc.
- They will also ask you to forward any emails and literature or mail they send to you after the call.
