- They are currently seeking restaurant owners, managers, hosts and maitre d’s in New York City to participate in a new study about the future of the reservation process and streamlining this process.
- In order to qualify for this study, you must comply with the following requirements:
— The restaurant’s phone number must be listed in Google.
— $$, $$$ or $$$$ price range.
— Full-service restaurant mostly sit-down table service.
— Must use an online reservation service, ie; Open Table/Resy.
— Metro NYC (Includes Hoboken/JC).
— Google rating 4.0 or higher.
— You must be able to show valid proof of employment at the restaurant where you currently work or own. - Some participants will be invited to a 20-minute online survey that pays $100.
- Other participants will be invited to a 60-minute in-person interview that pays $200.
- The interview can be conducted at the research firm’s office in Manhattan (Flatiron District), or it can arranged for an interviewer to visit your restaurant for added convenience.
- Some participants may be eligible to take part in both the online survey and in-person interview. In this case, your total compensation would be $300.
